The Burgess Hill Constitutional Club presented an amazing cheque for £3800 at the recent Blossom & Brews event at the College Site.

Members from the Club, Chairman Pam Carey, Treasurer Dan Green and Secretary Steve Hansford presented Adam Rowlands with the incredible cheque.
Woodlands Meed have been the club’s chosen charity for the year and members have been fundraising to be able to make this generous donation.

Pam Carey, Chairman of BHCC said
‘We’ve manage to raise this wonderful sum for Woodlands Meed, it’s been our greatest pleasure to support the charity this year. We’ve raised this amount of money through various raffles and activities through the year.’

Adam Rowland, Headteacher at Woodlands Meed said

‘we are incredibly grateful to the Burgess Hill Constitutional Club members for this generous donation and their support of Woodlands Meed. Their fundraising efforts are truly amazing and we all appreciate the work it must of taken to raise such a large sum. I am so pleased they were able to join us at our College Enterprises ‘Blossoms and Brews’ event to see Woodlands Meed in action and share this fantastic news with our community.
