The club welcomed the Burgess Hill Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Club for their Christmas dinner on 7th December 2025.

Tables were laid out in the function room, beautifully decorated by Julie, and 34 veterans and serving members of His Majesty’s Armed Forces were welcomed to enjoy a 3-course Christmas meal.

Guest of Honour was George Durrant, Burma Star.

The Veterans presented gifts to the Club team supporting the Breakfast Club throughout the year – Club Chairman Pam Carey, Bar Manager Mike Stewart, Committee members Adam & Liz White and Bar staff Jane Higham.

At the end of the meal, the Club presented the Veterans with a cheque for £250, raised on Remembrance Sunday from selling Breakfast Baps prior to the local Parade.
